Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
Any calls or messages received outside of operating hours, will receive a response the following business day.

FREE SHIPPING

In order to receive free ground shipping, a minimum order of $150 is required after all discounts and promotions are applied. Our free ground shipping offer cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, you must pay for any additional costs. Free ground shipping cannot be applied to previous purchases. Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

SALE PRICE POLICY

The price shown on the web site at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments.

PAYMENT METHODS

IAmSwimwear.com uses PayPal to process all payments. PayPal employs a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept American Express Prepaid Gift Cards.

SALES TAX

We are required by the state of California & Arizona to charge sales tax to any orders being shipped to a California or Arizona address.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

On the checkout page above the Order Summary section, you may enter valid promo codes. I Am Swimwear promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases. If you are exchanging items that you used a discount code on, we will apply the original code on the exchange order, but only for an equal number of items.

ORDER CHANGES

For security reasons, I Am Swimwear does not keep on file all of your credit card information. In some cases we are unable to make additional changes to your orders without contacting you for your credit card information. Please understand, this is in your best interest, and we will do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen often.

UNAVAILABLE SIZES

When a certain size or color option does not show up in the drop down menu, it means that we are currently sold out of that specific selection. If you do not see the size you are looking for at this time, please check back frequently as we are receiving inventory daily.

DAMAGES

I Am Swimwear guarantees it's clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. I Am Swimwear's suits are very delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Please contact I Am Swimwear for damages that occur after 30 days for more information and pricing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

I Am Swimwear suits are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as specialty lingerie detergent). Lie flat or hang to dry. DO NOT USE WOOLITE!

Children under the age of 13 should obtain permission prior to using the internet. Online purchases should be made by the card holder only, and I Am Swimwear’s checkout policies makes every attempt to make sure this is the case.
